The St. Robert Route 66 Neon Park is located at 133 Reed Parkway, St. Robert, MO 65584. It is uniquely situated inside the George M. Reed Roadside Park, which sits directly within a wide highway median between the eastbound and westbound lanes of Historic Route 66, just west of the junction with Missouri Avenue (Highway Z).

  • Layout: Built entirely inside a highway median, allowing road-trippers to easily pull over and access it from either direction of travel.

  • The Exhibit: An open-air museum showcasing a collection of meticulously restored, "orphaned" vintage neon signs that originally stood along Missouri’s stretch of Route 66 between 1926 and 1985.

  • Historical Elements: Each neon sign includes a dedicated storyboard explaining its past. The grounds also house original 1952 concrete picnic tables and a vintage M-60 military tank.
